The Casa Rinaldi ermes rice is an aromatic brown rice with an elongated grain and a characteristic red colour.
The inside of the grain is white. Ermes rice is very digestible, naturally gluten free, rich in fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
It is suitable for the preparation of rice salads with raw or cooked vegetables, for vegetable soups and for other light dishes and appetizers but can be used also for risotto.
