The Casa Rinaldi vinegar with truffle glaze dressing is obtained by combining grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. They are then flavoured and thickened with corn starch. The taste is a decadent combination of luxurious truffle complemented by the sharpness of the vinegar.
