The Casa Rinaldi vinegar with fig glaze dressing is obtained by combining grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. They are then flavoured and thickened with corn starch.   The taste is a perfect combination of the sweet figs contrasting with the sharpness of the vinegar.

This product was born from the idea of creating a tasty cream like balsamic vinegar of Modena. Perfect with cheese, cured meats and ice creams. Excellent for garnishing and decorating hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
