The Casa Rinaldi  chilli vinegar glaze dressing is obtained by combining grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Flavoured with concentrated chilli and thickened with corn starch. 

This product was born from the idea of creating a tasty cream like the balsamic vinegar of Modena but with an even more important creaminess which is perfect with grilled meats, chicken, roast meats, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, risottos, cheese, pizzas and toast.
