Casa Rinaldi Asparagus Risotto (175g)

The Casa Rinaldi asparagus risotto is smooth on the palate and the flavour is delicate and harmonious. A must have first course of the spring period when asparagus is in season.

The grain of parboiled rice absorbs less fat, is particularly digestible and does not clump together. In cooking it has a modest release of starch and a wide intake of aromas and flavours.

Cooking Instructions: Hob – Pour the contents of the packet into a pan 16/18 cm in diameter containing 650ml of cold unsalted water. Stir and mix in the product thoroughly bringing to the boil. Cook over medium heat, without a lid, for about 15/17 minutes, until all the water has been absorbed, stirring occasionally. When done, switch off heat and stir in 20g of butter and 10/15g of grated Parmesan cheese to coat. Microwave – Pour the contents of the packet and 550ml of cold water into a suitable container. Stir thoroughly and cook at 800W for about 20/22 minutes. When done, stir in 20g of butter and 10/15g of grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
