Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please contact Real Italiano on 01376 505280 or email admin@realitaliano.co.uk.  Please send a photo of the item(s) including the order number and an explanation of the issue.  Any issues arising from no fault of your own will be discussed and replaced or refunded.

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at admin@realitaliano.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at admin@realitaliano.co.uk.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where discount codes have been applied to orders, any refunds made, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.  We advise you using a recorded delivery service to ensure its return.

Cancellations

Real Italiano will always endeavour to assist with any queries or cancellations where we can.  Where items/orders have yet to be dispatched, full refunds can be made to customers who wish to cancel their orders, unless stated differently on the description. Please email admin@realitaliano.co.uk or contact us by telephone; if the order has been dispatched, please return to us in its original packaging and we will offer you a refund subject to our refund policy and the cost of returning the order is to be made by you.

Unavailable Replacement Items

Due to unforeseen circumstances or in the event of supply issues, we may substitute an item with an alternative. The substitute product will be of equal or greater value than the original product listed, at no extra cost to you.
